The Sports Specific Conditioning (SSC) Program offers various options to CYC
members. As a support program, young athletes and students from CYC can train specifically
as a supplement to their sport, or their general lifestyle. Athletes and students
alike can increase vital attributes like stability, strength, flexibility, conditioning

SSC received the first check from the Jamba Juice program. The SSC Program receives a portion of proceeds when you use select Jamba Juice community cards. If you have one, please continue to use them, and if you don't have one, see coach J. This summer SSC is hosting Camp F.U.N. This camp offers many extra-curricular activities not normally associated with any past SSC camps; for example, bike riding and rock climbing will be a part of this summer’s camps. There will be six installments of this camp, and space is very limited. Please see Summer Camp Director Anna Salem or Coach J for details.
The next taekwondo mile runs are set for June 3 and June 10, both at 4:00 pm sharp in the weight room. Get here on time and ready to go so you can be prepared for your next promotion test.
SSC Student of the Month is Alexis Diaz. Alexis has been very consistent with his attendance, and he also completes his workout every time. Congratulations Alexis! |
