USA Gymnastics NorCal Coaches Association
July 2010

Congratulations to Caitlin Biles, Minerva Melendrez, Anika Norman, Nicole With and Natalie Spencer, our new level 4 competitors! These gymnasts, along with our other compulsory level gymnasts, are getting ready for the competitive season starting in late August. Our coaching staff has done a wonderful job preparing the gymnasts, and the gymnasts themselves are working very hard to get ready for the season. It should be a very exciting year! Go CYC!

Gymnastics Student of the Month is Allie Kessler. Allie was on our level 6 competitive group, but she missed the previous competitive season due to injury. Instead of letting this get her down, she worked very hard and earned all the needed skills to move up to level 7. We are very proud of Allie’s hard work and determination. She should have a great optional season. Congratulations Allie!
