Program Rules and Policies

This is a physically demanding program and contact sparring is a mandatory component. Classes are structured and scheduled by age groups and by experience level. There are three different levels in boxing. Beginning, intermediate and advanced. All promotions are up to the sole discretion of the coach. This is not a parental decision. All advancements MUST have the Head Coach's signature of approval prior to any level changes. You are welcome to schedule a meeting with your son/daughter's Head Coach if you would like to discuss their progress. Coaches are not available during class or on a drop-in basis.
