Did you know this about Megan Mullarkey? |
December 2006 - The CYC Cheerleading program continues to grow under Megan’s guidance and direction. She recently led the CYC Cheer Team to victory in its first United States Spirit Association tournament in Fremont. With that win, the team qualified for the USSA National Tournament in Southern California in 2007.
A senior at St. Mary’s College, Megan is on the “Teachers for Tomorrow” track where she will get her master’s degree and teaching certificate in 2008. She claimed that her proudest accomplishment was “making the Dean’s List at St. Mary’s College.”
Raised in Walnut Creek, Megan attended Carondelet High School where she was an All-Star and All-American cheerleader. She comes from a close-knit family where her great grandmother, one set of grandparents, two aunts and several cousins live within a four-block span.
Megan’s infectious enthusiasm and passion for cheerleading also shines at Carondelet High School where she is the Head Cheer Coach. She has coached youth teams for more than four years.
